Aged 19 or over (no upper age limit). Live in County of Lincolnshire (within the Lincolnshire County Council area). Unemployed and receiving benefits; OR economically inactive (e.g. caring responsibilities or health reasons); OR employed and earning below £25,750 gross per year.. Income: Below £25,750 gross per year (if employed). Must have the right to work and study in the UK. Must not already hold a GCSE in English at grade C (grade 4) or above.
