French A Level

What the college says
A course in one of the Modern Languages prepares students for the world of work and travel, both linguistically and by providing them with the many skills inherent in any ‘Arts’ A Levels, such as essay and report writing. There are opportunities to go abroad during the two year course. Universities and employers welcome a language qualification combined with anything from Accountancy and Law to Mathematics or the Sciences as Modern Languages are seen as a ‘facilitating’ subject.
