This programme will help to develop your teamwork skills and personal fitness. The course provides the knowledge and understanding to enable you to take up effective employment in the area of public services. With the Foundation Pathway, you can kickstart a career in this exciting sector as you learn the skills needed to progress. You will also be given the opportunity to gain English, Maths and IT qualifications alongside the programme. Upon completion of the course, you can progress to a higher-level study programme at college, or onto an apprenticeship. We can give you advice and information to help you plan your next step, whether you would like to study another course in the college or somewhere else, or are looking to enter employment. We will provide you with the opportunity to develop vital employability and independence skills through our learning companies. Our partnerships with external organisations and employers are central to giving you the tools you need to have a successful future. The only entry requirement is that you have a successful interview with a member of the course team in order to ensure that we can fully meet your needs We are looking for young people with an enthusiasm to learn and a desire to make progress. We want applicants to actively take part in keep warm activities set by teachers before starting in September. Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
