Step Up courses help you to become more independent and confident with other people. You can choose topics like gardening, cooking, art and sport. You will go on trips and take part in fundraising activities and improve your maths, reading, writing and ICT skills.

What you need to get on

For the Entry Level 2 & 3 programmes, you do not need any qualifications. For the Level 1 programmes, you need 2 GCSEs at grade 2 in either English or maths., , You will be invited to an introductory tasters session before the course starts, to see if it is the right fit for you. We will do an assessment to find out which course level is right for you Before you start, you will meet other students and your tutors at College to help you settle in.

Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
