This dynamic programme provides a deep dive into the sport, fitness, and personal training industry. The course includes YMCA Level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer qualifications, along with embedded work experience, to give you valuable hands-on insight into the industry. Upon completion, you’ll be ready to pursue professional recognition with leading organisations such as REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals) and CIMSPA (Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity). You’ll meet the industry standards for both Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer, equipped with in-depth knowledge of training principles, techniques, and the science behind them.
