What the college says

The course will introduce you to the diverse range of film forms and film styles developed in different places throughout the history of cinema. You will explore the relationship between the film and the individual by exploring how films create meanings and produce both intellectual and emotional responses.

What you need to get on

Five GCSEs grade 9-4 and a satisfactory school reference. Including English Language at grade 5 as a minimum. You will also need to show an art portfolio, containing recent examples of creative work you have done.

How you are assessed

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
