The aim of this course is to provide competence in the critical reading of film. It will develop ways so you can read film more deeply, come up with more interesting insights into how film works, have informed and intelligent reasons for liking or disliking a film and to write clearly, persuasively, and insightfully about the things that you watch. It will develop your creative skills to enable you to design and construct your own film.

What you need to get on

At least five GCSEs graded 9-4.

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
