During this two-year course, students study the UAL Level 3 Applied General Extended Diploma in Art and Design. The course is designed to provide post-16 students with the skills, knowledge and understanding necessary to progress into further, higher education and training or employment. The Extended Diploma are graded at Pass, High Pass, Merit, High Merit or Distinction, with the Distinction grade being worth 168 UCAS points (equivalent to 3 full A Levels at A* grade). Our Fashion Textiles pathway is hands-on and creative. It is designed for highly motivated students who enjoy working in a demanding and highly aspirational studio environment. You will learn the fundamentals of fashion design, print, pattern cutting, knit wear, women's and men's wear. You will have access to industry standard studio, sewing machines and our fantastic Print/Dye Room; all housed within our award winning Creative Arts Building.

What you need to get on

Achieve 4 GCSE's at grade 4 or above, including English Language and Art & Design (or an art related subject). As part of the entry requirements for the above named course you will be required to complete a pre-interview task and attend and interview.
