Exploring My Skills 1 x 2 hour session Community Course This course is people who want support in identifying their skills and are looking to make changes to improve their lives. This course will support learners to identify thier key skills in order to develop confidence in identifying how they can plan for the future. They will have the opportunity to contribute to activities designed to use and enhance a range of collaborative and communication skills which will support their next steps. This is a face to face or online course where you’ll learn together and take part in practical group activities, all in a relaxed and friendly environment.
