What the college says

What brings you joy? When do you feel most alive and vital? Starting with mindfulness we will explore our creativity through drawing, doodling, music, poems, colouring, collage. We can trawl words, sounds, movement, objects, colours, shapes, textures, imagination and nature. We will delve into our own unique, creative responses by paying attention to life in the present moment � and by playing with the possibilities. A chance to relax, explore and enjoy creativity.
