This is a free ICT course aimed at adults aged 19+.The qualification provides essential digital skills which are needed in a wide range of situations in life, learning and work. Successful learners will be able to make appointments; order goods and services; organise payments using online platforms; conduct video calls; create, edit and save a range of documents; and troubleshoot basic problems on their device.

There are no entry requirements. However, you will be required to complete a brief assessment to ensure that the course is suitable for you.
How you are assessed
Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
