What the college says
This is a topical subject that has been developed by Edexcel in association with Peter Jones (of Dragons Den fame). It teaches students all the necessary knowledge and develops the core skills they will require if they want to set up their own business. Students will gain confidence, motivation and excellent communication skills that are essential for both an entrepreneur and an employee. The course will give students the belief that they can be successful in the world of business by putting them in real-life situations where they will be running their own small businesses.

In addition to our general entry requirements, you must have: GCSE English grade 3 GCSE Maths grade 3

One subject in depth, assessed largely through coursework and projects.
