This A Level course develops the enjoyment and appreciation of reading through the study of a range of literature. Students are shown how to respond analytically and to explore ideas through discussion and essays. Paper 1 covers 'Aspects of Tragedy' and Paper 2 covers 'Elements of Political Writing'.
