Students are normally expected to have achieved grade D/3 in GCSE You will take an assessment to determine your suitablility for the GCSE Programme. If you are not ready for GCSE you will undertake the functional skills qualification

Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.

The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
