This course will allow you to investigate the structure and function of language, its variations and how to respond to a range of different texts through discussion, analysis and creative writing. The work will be via group discussion and debate, individual study of texts application of linguistic mechanism to your own work. There will be an assessment on language investigation and original writing in this year.
