This course is designed to develop the knowledge, confidence and practical skills needed to plan for future progression while completing an independent project from initial idea to final evaluation. Learners will explore their strengths, interests and aspirations, set realistic goals, and carry out a structured project that demonstrates initiative, problem-solving and personal responsibility. The course supports employability, self-development and readiness for the next steps in education, training or work.
