Our Employability Pathway focuses on developing the work skills and attitudes for employment and 'Preparing for Adulthood'. Students will develop skills through internal and external work experience placements, understanding and practising skills and attitudes needed for work through personal and social development, improving their functional literacy, numeracy and communication skills and a whole host of other work related activities to increase their prospects of employment. The successful completion of the employability pathway, will prepare students to move on to a Supported Internship Programme.
