What the college says
Children's Care, Learning and Development NVQ level 3 is a qualification for people working with babies, children and young people in a variety of settings including nurseries, crèches, pre-schools and schools. This award will enable you to develop and prove your practical competence as well as build your knowledge and understanding of early years care.
What you need to get on
Applicants are required to be qualified to level 2 and working within early years care at the appropriate level, either full-time, part-time or on a voluntary basis in order to generate the necessary evidence to prove competence. CWCT will guide you on this.
