The Level 1 Certificate in Introduction to Health, Social Care and Children�s and Young People�s Settings aims to develop learners� knowledge and awareness of health, social care and children�s and young people�s settings. It will provide an opportunity for learners to develop knowledge about the wider health and social care sector before they decide whether working in the sector is for them and gain information to make decisions about career progression.

What you need to get on

Learners should be at least 19 years old. Must complete an initial assessment in English, Maths and ICT. Must complete an IAG. Must have or working towards level 1 in Maths and English.

Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
