This VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Complementary Therapies is a comprehensive and practical course, ideal for individuals who want to gain a recognised qualification as a Complementary Therapist, Aromatherapist, Reflexologist or Massage Therapist/Practitioner. Students who successfully complete this course can follow various career paths, including working within salons, spas, clinics and hospices, as well as the NHS. Many also go on to operate a business from home, become a mobile therapist or carry out freelance work; alternatively, the course provides progression opportunities to specialist complementary therapy qualifications at Level 4.

What you need to get on

There are no formal qualifications that you must have prior to undertaking this qualification, however, a good standard of English at GCSE grade A-C / 4-9 is advisable. If you are aged under 19 and do not already have GCSE grade A-C/4-9, it is a requirement of the funding that you attend additional classes in English and/or Maths.
