What the college says

This qualification develops the knowledge and skills needed when working in care settings. It contains both mandatory and optional units allowing learners to tailor the qualification to meet their needs, interests, preferred progression paths and the context of their job role. It is aimed at all those who wish to work or are already working in health and social care settings in England.

What you need to get on

Learners should be at least 19 years old. � Must complete an initial assessment in English, Maths and ICT. � Must complete an IAG � Must have a Level 2 in Maths, English and Level 1 in ICT. � Learners will need to be working, volunteering or on practical placement, as they need to show competence in both knowledge and skills throughout the duration of the course.
