This course is for people who already have good basic digital skills or have completed our EDSQ Entry 3 course. It will help you build the essential digital skills needed for work and daily life. You will develop your confidence in using devices, communicating online, handling information, and staying safe on the internet. This course is ideal for anyone looking to improve their digital confidence at work or in everyday situations. This course is for learners who already have solid computer skills and want to develop them further. It is also suitable for those who have completed an Entry 3 digital course and are ready to progress to the next level. All learners need to book an appointment to attend an information session before enrolling on a course. This will include a diagnostic assessment to support your enrolment and correct choice of course. Please note you will need English skills that are at a level below your digital skills course. You should already feel confident using a computer, or have completed our Entry 3 Digital Skills course. A short assessment will help ensure this course is the right level for you.

Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
