This course is for adults who want to build practical digital marketing, social media and AI skills for work, a career change or self-employment. It is suitable for people who are interested in roles such as digital marketing assistant, social media assistant, content creator, SEO assistant or campaign support. You will gain a recognised Level 2 qualification, create practical work for your portfolio and receive careers and employment support during the course and for up to six months afterwards. The course is free for eligible London residents through the London Talent Pathways programme.

What you need to get on

You must be aged 19 or over, live in London and have the right to live and work in the UK. You should be interested in moving into digital marketing, social media, content creation or related self-employment. You do not need previous digital marketing qualifications, but you must be computer literature and be ready to attend regularly, complete independent learning and build a portfolio.

Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
