Digital marketing has evolved from a peripheral element of organisational marketing to one which is at the hub of customer-centric communications in an increasingly multi-channel environment. This qualification will ensure that you are equipped to deal with this shift and make the most of the new business opportunities on offer. The marketing and consumer behaviour module is run separately as many students have accreditation of prior learning for this.

What you need to get on

You will need to be educated to at least 'A' level standard (or equivalent) and fulfil at least one of the following criteria:----Have a suitable competence in a marketing communications role--Hold any recognised UK degree or equivalent level 5 qualification--Have a relevant level 3 or above qualification (e.g. CIM FoundationCertificate in Marketing, CIPR Advanced Certificate in Public Relations etc)--Pass the CIM on-line test at level 4----You will need to have a very good standard of spoken and written English. This should include the ability to write reports (guidance on the structure will be given), the correct use of punctuation and grammar and be able to spell words in common use and connected with the subject area.The ability to read and interpret text and take notes is essential.
