You will need to complete the preceding Beginners IT course. This is a first step IT qualification and is suitable for anyone with some experience of using digital devices and would like to build their skills and confidence using computers and other devices. A basic level of English is needed to engage with the lessons and complete the set assessments. Prior to starting the course, you will be required to complete a brief initial assessment.
