This course is aimed at those who want to work in an office administration role and have little or no previous experience or those who are returning to the employment market and want to refresh their knowledge and skills in business administration. Learners will be supported to develop wider skills to support the role including maths and English. Learners will be provided support and guidance towards the next step including accredited courses or employment.

What you need to get on

An individual aged nineteen (19) or over on 31st August within the Contract Period, residing within the eight (8) Staffordshire districts. All target groups, and specifically: parents, carers and guardians who wish to develop their skills, and new adult Learners.

How you are assessed

Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
