What the college says
This course is aimed at students working at or towards Entry Level 1 in English and maths and that are becoming more independent. Students work towards an OCN accreditation in Skills for Independence and Employability alongside continuing to develop their independent living skills.
What you need to get on
No formal entry requirements however all students are required to have an Education Health & Care Plan that is supported by their Local Authority and places on any course are subject to the LA agreeing to fund placement.
How you are assessed
Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
What this level means
A supported starting point if exams have not gone well yet.
