Good design is vital to our world and our economy. Innovative styling attracts us to a product whilst graphic design is used to promote it through the medium of marketing. There is a strong demand for students in the Design, Engineering and Construction industries who are capable of developing solutions to today's problems. This course provides you with a solid base from which to develop your Design and Making skills, using a range of materials and manufacturing methods to become Designers and Engineers of the future.

What you need to get on

Minimum entry requirements for Sixth Form is Five 5s. For this course; GCSE grade 5 in DT and GCSE grade 5 in Maths

How you are assessed

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
