Harington is a specialist college based in North London, providing individualised and flexible study programmes for young people with disabilities and learning differences. The customer service pathway is a great course if you are ready to try out working in a retail environment. The course will help you learn and practise the skills that employers are looking for such as: communication, helping customers, working safely, and following instructions. We have qualifications available from Entry 3 up to Level 2.
What you need to get on
For students aged 16-24 years with an interest in studying customer service skills.
How you are assessed
Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.

A first step that builds towards Level 2.
