The Creative Media Production and Technology UAL Award and Diploma Level 2 course introduces you to a range of media based skills, including filming, editing, sound design, graphic design, scriptwriting, and photography. You’ll work with a variety of equipment, such as HD cameras, sound recording gear, DSLR cameras, and iMacs, while mastering Adobe software like Photoshop, Premiere, and Audition. You’ll also explore the work of media practitioners and learn about media codes, conventions, and techniques for analysing media products, producers, and audiences. Upon completion, you’ll achieve a Level 2 Diploma in Creative Media Production, equivalent to 4 GCSEs. This course will provide you with a strong foundation for further study in areas such as graphic design, games design, animation, film, journalism, illustration, or photography (to name a few). This qualification is officially the UAL Awarding Body Level 2 Award and Diploma in Creative Media Production and Technology.
