Discover the wellbeing benefits of focusing on arts and crafts. This course will provide you with an understanding of how to experiment and create art pieces using recycled materials primarily found on beaches and the shoreline. You will develop knowledge of a range of techniques that can be used to create, construct, and enhance art pieces. You will develop your own style and identify materials that you are most comfortable with to express ideas and have fun during the process. Please note that this course requires participants to be standing up for the majority of the session using tools in a workshop setting.
