A Level Computing covers technical aspects of a computer system ranging from binary and hardware peripherals to the implications of computer use. Along with learning a high level programming language you will develop your own programming skills to produce applications that will prepare for you for any exams.

What you need to get on

You must have 6 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Maths.--It is highly recommended that students have GCSE grade C or higher in ICT or an equivalent qualification

How you are assessed

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
