The demand for effective leaders and managers is increasing. Employers are offering Leadership and Manager qualifications to their employees as a way to develop and retain their existing workforce, ready to become their leaders and managers of the future. We offer bespoke courses to enable employers to help them develop their current and future leaders and managers. The Level 2 qualification in Team Leading is designed for practising or aspiring team leaders or supervisors who wish to develop their leadership and management knowledge and skills. What you need to get on

You must be 19 or over on or before 31st August to study on this course. This is to be discussed with the employer, but generally you will need 4 GCSE's at Grade 3/D or above or a beginner/introductory qualification. One of the 4 GCSE's should be Maths or English at Grade 3/D (or Functional Skill level 1) to study at this level.
