Do you love classic cars? Do you want to start a career in classic vehicle restoration? If so, our Level 2 Diploma in Classic Vehicle Restoration is perfect for you! This qualification will help you develop the skills and knowledge required to work in the classic vehicle restoration industry with a range of units including the history and heritage of classic vehicles, fabrication, repair and renovation of light vehicles, and knowledge and skills in body, paint and trim. Developed by the IMI in conjunction with the Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs, employers, training providers and the IMI Sector Skills Council, the qualification provides an ideal step to the Vocational Competence Qualification (VCQ) for those who are employed in the industry, and wish to continue their studies, as the knowledge at Level 2 meets that of the related VCQ.
