A Level 3 work-based Animal Care qualification is for anyone with a job or work placement in the animal care industry, who is looking to build an animal care career. You should ideally have a Level 2 animal care qualification or some years experience working in the equine industry. It is a work-related, competence-based qualification. There are different routes available within this qualification to suit different animal care environments.
What you need to get on
This Level 3 course requires you to have some years experience working in the industry, and/or a level 2 qualification. You will need to be working or volunteering in an animal care environment with some areas of supervisory responsibility .
