What the college says

This course is ideal if you want to work as a professional dog groomer and need the practical skills and knowledge to industry standard. You will learn health and safety legislation and codes of practice then develop styling and finishing skills for a range of coat types. The course also covers health checking handling customer service and record keeping so you can work confidently with clients. It is a strong route into employment with an established business or self-employed grooming.

What you need to get on

Candidates are required to have successfully passed Level 2 Certificate for Dog Grooming Assistants course. Proven experience in the grooming industry will NOT allow you onto the Level 3 course.
