What the college says
This new course has been developed to provide preparation towards employment in early years related careers. It is equivalent, in size, to three AS levels.--Successful completion of the course allows progression to year 2 and completion of the BTEC National Diploma CPLD (Early Years Educator - EYE). You will be taught through a variety of methods including discussions, group work and practical activities as well as real work experience in a range of childcare settings.
What you need to get on
The course requirements are:----5 GCSE's grade A*-C, including Englishor Maths (must haveat least a GCSE grade Din Maths and English)--Previous experience of working with children, such as work experience--A satisfactory Disclosure and Barring service (DBS) check--
