Our Aspire2Work Level 1 programme is designed to progress learners into work in the Education sector, including as Teaching Assistants in Primary Schools. We deliver a holistic programme over 6 weeks, including up to 4 Level 1 learning aims in Safeguarding & Prevent, Preparing to Work in Schools, Wellbeing and Occupational Studies. We work with local schools and agencies including Randstad to progress our learners into meaningful employment. This s qualification is designed for learners with an interest in developing knowledge of their own and others’ well-being. By completing the qualification, learners will develop basic knowledge of improving their own and others' wellbeing which could support progression onto other appropriate qualifications and into relevant employment in the health and social care sector. It could be useful to learners working in education settings.

You will also need to be unemployed and wanting to gain employement. You will need to bring evidence of benefits such as: Job Seekers Allowance (JSA), Employment Support Allowance (ESA), Income Support, Universal Credit (UC), Personal Independence Payment (PIP).

Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
