This course is offered from Entry Level to Level 2. All students will learn the importance of health and safety in this environment and how to follow workplace rules to ensure the safety of themselves and others. Students will also learn how to use a range of specialist equipment to carry out internal and external vales, how to check, repair and replace wheels and tyres and how to conduct checks on brakes, steering and suspension systems with simple maintenance. Higher level students will also use diagnostic tools and carry out more advanced maintenance and repairs including welding.
