What the college says

This qualification will give learners knowledge of the social housing sector, you will visit the history of housing, how different governments intervened in the social housing sector and the different types of housing provisions. You will understand the services that are provided within housing associations to support tenants and to sustain their tenancies and how behaviour can influence neighbourhoods. You will gain understanding of how tenants are pursued for ‘Mate Crime’ and ‘cuckooing’. The course is interactive and can be delivered in the classroom and online.
