Anyone working or looking to work with vulnerable adults in care settings. It will give you the opportunity to demonstrate that you are aware of and understand the values and principles neccessary when providing direct care and support. If you're planning on starting or have started a health and social care qualification, it's useful as a complimentary course. If you're working as an unqualified care assistant its a means of accrediting your knowledge geted on the job.
