Our Understanding Common Childhood Illnesses free online course will increase your understanding of the common illnesses that affect children and how infections can be spread. This course will provide you with an understanding of how to provide a safe and healthy environment, learn about health emergencies and specific health conditions of children you support and care for. You will learn about different infections and gain an understanding of different signs and symptoms relating to common illnesses such as whooping cough, hand, foot and mouth, measles, chickenpox, fever, and conjunctivitis. This course is ideal for those working with children, parents and guardians, schools, nurseries, and childminders.
