Our Aspire2Work Level 3 programme is designed to progress learners into work in the Education sector, including as Teaching Assistants in Primary Schools. We deliver a holistic programme over 6 weeks We work with local schools and agencies including Randstad to progress our learners into meaningful employment. This qualification is designed to increase learners’ awareness and understanding of special educational needs. By completing the qualification, learners will develop in-depth knowledge of special educational needs with children which could support progression onto other appropriate qualifications and into relevant employment in the health and social care sector. It could be useful to learners working in education settings.

What you need to get on

If you are you 19-23 Years Old to be eligable you need to hold a full level 2 qualifications. You will also need to be unemployed and wanting to gain employement. You will need to bring evidence of benefits such as: Job Seekers Allowance (JSA), Employment Support Allowance (ESA), Income Support, Universal Credit (UC), Personal Independence Payment (PIP).

Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
