Core Maths is a level 3 qualification, similar to an AS, and is offered as an alternative to the Extended Project Qualification. It is designed to complement A Level courses with a high Maths content, such as Science, Geography, Business Studies, Engineering, Economics and Social Sciences. Core Maths also furnishes students with the Mathematical skills needed to make informed financial decisions.
