This qualification is ideal if you are first time manager or have management responsibilities but no formal training, The level 3 in Leadership and Management will give you the knowledge to develop your abilities and gain valuable skill. It’s particularly suited to practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures. The aim of this course is to enhance performance, increase confidence and help managers to enjoy this challenging and rewarding role.
