This course is designed for people who have already have some employability skills and want to develop them further. The course will help to improve your work-based employability skills to help you maintain employment. You will be given practical skills to help you prepare for employment and to understand the skills needed to progress and succeed.

What you need to get on

A desire to learn about the employability skills needed to work effectively and stay in a job role is important. You will require a good understanding of English, however holding a valid qualification is not essential.

How you are assessed

Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.

A first step that builds towards Level 2.
