This course is for anyone move on toing from GCSE with an interest in business. Whether you're considering working for a global corporation, small firm or even running your own business in the future, this subject will give you a good grounding in business theory. You don't need to have studied GCSE business to do this course but you will need good numerical skills (at least level 2). Studying business can lead to careers in almost any employment sector and it combines well with most other A level subjects.

What you need to get on

Five Level 4 GCSEs are required for entry into 6th Form. GCSE Level 5 pass is required in your chosen, or related, subject. Students do not need to have studied GCSE Business It is important students have a strong interest in Business and want to develop good IT skills

How you are assessed

Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
