ICT is a modern, relevant subject that is ideally suited to someone who wishes to pursue an apprenticeship or full time job in the industry. The course can be selected as either a single or triple A Level equivalent option. Those studying the single A Level will gain a broad understanding of ICT across a range of units; some practical (e.g. web design) and some theory based (e.g. cyber security). Those studying the triple A Level equivalent option will gain a deep understanding in a wide range of ICT topics, with many being highly practical such as product development or software engineering.

A minimum of 5 courses at GCSE grade 4 or above including English. Useful to have studied ICT in Year 10/11
