What the college says
The aim of this vocational course is to provide learners with the skills, knowledge and understanding to progress into Higher Education or employment. It gives them the exciting opportunity to gain a wider understanding of health and social care issues in different environments where care takes place, combining both exam based and portfolio assessment.
What you need to get on
General entry requirements for VTQ's are: Five grade 4s at GCSE, including GCSE English Language or GCSE English Literature and GCSE Maths. Subject specific entry requirements are: Grade 4 in GCSE Health and Social Care (if taken).
