What you need to get on

Learners should be aged 16 -19 4 subjects at grade C/4 or above 1 of which must be English Learners must be able to swim at least 25 metres without any assistance and tread water for at least 1 minute

How you are assessed

Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.

What this level means

The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
